ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will support the International Consumer Brands (ICB) Home Cleaning team and provide additional Marketing support as needed by managing calendars, coordinating on-site and off-site meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, and ordering supplies.
You will create and manage purchase orders, prepare materials and logistics for meetings, and assist with presentations to help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will demonstrate exceptional discretion, communication, and organizational skills while effectively collaborating across functions and working independently.
You will show initiative, urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment in an environment with shifting priorities and competing demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar and Meeting Management: Oversee calendar management, including the scheduling, planning, and coordination of on-site and off-site meetings. Arrange domestic and international travel
Purchase Order Management: Create, manage, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures while supporting the department's financial processes
Meeting Preparation and Presentation Support: Prepare for meetings by organizing necessary materials, including presentations, and provide support to ensure effective and efficient execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Independent Work: Work effectively across various teams and functions while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. Address and resolve issues by leveraging resourcefulness and initiative in a dynamic environment
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
4+ years of administrative experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Proficiency in proofreading, grammar, punctuation, and telephone support
High degree of professionalism and comfort working with all levels of management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
Interest in working in a team environment
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Thorough follow-through on projects, assignments, and routine tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Position is Full-Time, usually regular business hours, Monday-Friday
Flexibility to support calls and meetings across global time zones
Office work environment
This role is NOT eligible for domestic relocation
