ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate, Entomology, provides subject matter expertise in the biology and control of household pests in support of product performance studies conducted in laboratory and field settings. You will partner with cross-functional development teams to execute standardized test methods across multiple projects and insect types. You will contribute directly to the successful commercialization of new products and the renovation of existing products through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver on project objectives as part of cross-functional development teams supporting product commercialization and renovation for multiple projects concurrently.

  • Assist in designing statistically robust experiments, executing studies, apply standardized testing methods, and analyzing entomological data.

  • Document efficacy testing in high-quality written reports to substantiate product performance against global regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze entomology methods as part of regulatory review processes.

  • Provide support for internal and customer entomology and product education, including tours and demonstrations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate biological science with 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree in entomology or a related scientific field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Knowledge of mosquito, house fly, ant, and cockroach biology.

  • Experience designing, planning, and executing laboratory and field experiments, including data analysis and interpretation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical reporting.

  • Experience working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for data analysis, reporting, and communication.

  • Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and regulatory protocols (e.g., EPA), with training provided as needed.

  • Demonstrated initiative, self-development mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-Time

  • Expected travel: approximately 0–10%.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.

  • This role is not eligible for relocation.
