Act as a key contributor to the S&OE process, monitoring near-term demand performance, ensuring forecasts appropriately reflect changes in pacing, customer demand, promotional activity, distribution, and other relevant business drivers, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Participate in Steps 1 and 2 of the S&OP process, partnering with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer-specific insights and trends, promotional plans, distribution changes, new item activity, and other business drivers to develop and align on the total demand plan.
Conduct root-cause analysis of forecast errors to identify key drivers of performance gaps and determine appropriate corrective actions.
Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase forecast accuracy, strengthen planning processes, and enhance overall planning effectiveness.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, customer supply chain, or another supply chain-related field.
