Global Graduate, Marketing - Temporary (2 Years)

We are looking for an The Global Marketing Graduate is a two-year Marketing Analyst role within the Brazil Marketing team, offering end-to-end exposure to Brand Management. The role supports the development and execution of brand strategies, innovation projects, product launches, communication campaigns, pricing initiatives, and business analysis. Working closely with cross-functional, regional, and global teams, the Graduate will play an active role in driving brand growth while developing a broad set of marketing capabilities. The position reports to the Category Marketing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day marketing activities for the assigned brands, supporting the execution of the marketing mix.
• Develop and adapt communication campaigns, branding initiatives, seeding programs, and brand partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, sales performance, market share, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
• Manage key operational marketing activities, including purchase orders, product code creation, artwork development, and project tracking.
• Support portfolio management and recommend actions to drive brand growth and business performance.
• Lead new product launches and line extension projects and help coordinate cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Early-career experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Innovation, or Account Management/Planning in an Advertising Agency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools to enhance analysis, communication, and workflow efficiency.

• Percentage of travel time expected 5%
• Remote work available once a week for eligible employees after three months in the company
• Relocation Eligibility:This role is not eligible for relocation.
