This position provides the Global focal point for all SCJ Intercompany import and export improvements, system setups, and key projects following SMART planning and global routines / regional supports. This position will help to establish Global Affiliate Trade policies, procedures, reporting, rituals, and routines. This position will also partner cross functionally to drive demand and supply planning activities in conjunction with logistics and execution. The position is more of COE for Inter-company who’s expert in leading cross-functional / cross-regional projects and implement the function strategy with regional Intercompany SC leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Non finished goods planning team leader for Northern Cluster.
• Liaise with the Supply planning manager & Procurement on developing inventory / safety stock strategies.
• Proactively communicate /Escalate potential supply issues (e.g. supply risks and recommended solutions) to the Supply Planning Manager and Cross Functional team. Leads local XF meeting with broader team, ensuring issues are being timely and properly escalated.
• Guardian of the materials’ inventory health to ensure service and avoid unintended excess. Proactive analysis of MOQs and vendors’ supply chains to uncover continuous improvement opportunities, resulting in working capital reductions across the E2E supply.
• Accountable for the Non Finished Goods inventory KPIs and projections.
• Accountable for the Non Finished Goods write off KPI and accruals. Supported by periodic tracking of expirations and transitions to avoid P&L impacts.
• Core Planning – Applying knowledge of supply planning processes and tools to train and support the team. Ensure the adherence of each NFG planner to their day in the life. Guardian of the NFG team best practices and improvement processes.
• Targets actions and priorities to align with business strategies - Solve Gaps and escalate decisions that affect service or cost.
• Backup for leadership roles in Northern Cluster.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
• Education: Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum with 2 years’ experience in Supply Planning
• Demonstrated ability to analyze all types of data and present results effectively
• Proficiency of MS Excel, Power Point, SAP R3/APO/Kinaxis
• English level: High Intermediate or Advanced
