Associate Manager,Sales Operations

The role is reporting to the Country Manager, to be in full charge of consolidating Sales target/ Trade Spending including deployment in channels/ customers, tracking and management. This role oversees the promotion/ price/ merchandising guideline, which to be initiated by customer marketing, including getting approval, deploying to sales team and tracking. This role is also in charge of Business Intelligence to create the sales dashboard for tracking the result.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build standardized and systematic sales operations

  • Across offline and online channels
  • Including planning, distributor management, budgeting, data insights, and cost control.

Drive strategic growth

  • By aligning sales operations with company objectives and enhancing team capabilities.

Trade Solutions

  • Manage trade spending of full categories to stay within budget
  • Jointly with Sales ensures the optimal allocation planning of trade spending, and ensure appropriate processes and controls are followed in the use of resources
  • Ensures timely and excellent execution of agreed promotions per aligned plans in the channel
  • Participate in S&OP process, and own the country demand management process

Channel and Customer Support

  • Prepare and track the Sales Target by customer/ channel to be in line with company direction.
  • Prepares and consolidates annual business plans for select key channels/customers
  • Leads tracking of distribution, pricing, promotions, trade sales and inventory

Business Intelligence

  • Prepare the sales dashboard. Cooperate with APAC SO to roll-out the automation project.
  • Responsible for the Sales Incentive achievement calculation.

Interactions

  • Work closely with internal customer marketing, finance to align and control the trade spending deployment and ROI
  • Support sales team in the deployment of promotion activities as well as trade spending allocation and keeping within budget

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in English
  • 8-10 years working experience in FMCG   

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies

  • Should have multi-functional experience in Customer Marketing, or Sales, Sales Operations in a FMCG Company
  • Strong Communication & presentation skill
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Financial Analytical knowledge
  • Knowledge of the TW retailer customers
  • Deliver results
  • Manages executions diligently, with keen attention to details
  • Manage disagreements
  • Demonstrate ability to manage up and across organization.
  • Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office
