HR Team Leader
Internal title - Associate Manager, HR Delivery Center
• Location: Warsaw
• Function: HR operation
Overview
The HR Team Leader (Tier1) will manage a team of Sr. Associates and Associates to ensure timely and accurate support is provided to employees regarding inquiries related to HR Operations matters: Data Administration, Payroll Inputs, Compensation / Benefits Administration, Onboarding administration, policies and procedures.
This position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnership with local HR business partners in the in-scope countries and ensuring constant learning, strong HR administration and labor knowledge and team development.

Responsibilities
Manage the Tier 1 HR Associates team to support in-scope countries
Coordinate the team to ensure workload is effectively managed
Review and manage individuals' performance and development plans
Provide guidance and support to the team, resolve problems and deal with escalations
Review the KPI dashboards on a daily manner, provide monthly analysis to HR OPS Manager to improve quality and eliminate mistakes
Respond to employees' questions, deliver administrative procedures and practices via multiple channels such as phone, case management system and live chat.
Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining and improving HR services, work procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance and achieving results.
Ensure proper flow of communication between the team and business partners and stakeholders
Work hands-on on the cases if needed
Experience you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline required
At least 3 years of experience in managing team
At least 5 years progressive Contact Center / Customer Service experience, background in HR Shared Services preferred
Experience in using Service Center technologies (e.g. ticket management, knowledge management) Experience with Workday and Service Now would be an asset.
Full proficiency in English is a must. German would be an asset.
HR experience with one of these countries would be an asset: Poland, Germany, South Africa.
Experience with Migration of HR processes from countries to a Regional HRSS Center
