Role: Trade Marketing Specialist / POSM Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland

This role is not eligible for relocation.

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Trade Marketing Specialist / POSm Specialist to join our Customer Marketing team in Warsaw. In this role, you will support the preparation and execution of best‑in‑class commercial plans for the Polish business, with a strong focus on POSm and operational excellence. You will collaborate with multiple departments and play a key role in ensuring smooth project management and accurate data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• End‑to‑end POSm / Display management, including coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

• Creation and maintenance of product codes.

• Updating product catalogues and internal databases.

• Managing logistics data and ensuring data accuracy.

• Negotiating with vendors and handling purchase order and payment processes.

• Regular cooperation with suppliers as needed.

• Managing POSM warehouse‑related activities.

Experience You'll Bring:

• Experience in FMCG is preferred.

• Background in Logistics, Planning, Operational Marketing, or Demand Planning is highly beneficial.

• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).

• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.

The expected annual salary range for this position is between 121 000,00 PLN - 158 760,00 PLN. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
