About the Role:

As a Customer Marketing Intern, you’ll dive into the world of marketing and sales, working on real projects that shape how our brands connect with millions of consumers. This isn’t just an internship – it’s your chance to learn, grow, and build skills that will set you apart in the job market.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analytics, digital marketing, creative campaign execution, and project management, all while collaborating with passionate professionals who will mentor and guide you.

About the Team:

You’ll join a dynamic Customer Marketing team that works closely with Sales, Category Management, and Regional Marketing teams across Europe. This means you’ll learn how marketing strategies are built and executed in a global FMCG company – and you’ll have the chance to contribute your ideas.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze & Report: Turn market data into insights, manage KPIs, and create monthly tracking tools.
• Create: Help execute digital campaigns, social media activations, and provide marketing assets for e-commerce.
• Collaborate: Work on cross-category in-store activations and assist brand managers with product launches, artwork approvals, and translations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Passion for marketing, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and willingness to share ideas.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Legally eligible to work in Italy.
