Job Title: Associate, Channel and Distribution Analysis

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Department: Sales Operation – Sales

As an Associate, Channel and Distribution Analysis you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation. Utilized internal and external data sources to generate accurate and insightful sales reports. Developed efficient methods for handling large datasets and applied advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to streamline analysis. Collaborated cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect data from sales reports for analysis

• Develop methods for assessing large amounts of data

• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources

• Use sales tools software

• Create sales evaluation reports based on collected data

• Proactive problem solving

• Collaborate with team members and members of other departments

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalence in any field

• Experience in Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin

• Experience in FMCG least 1 year

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Good command in English

• Proficient skill for Analysis skill, MS Office Applications Excel/Word/PowerPoint/(especially Excel, Pivot Table and Vlookup)

• Understanding the processes FMCG experience

• Strong communication skills (verbally and written)

• Manage and priorities own workload

• Good attitude

• Attention to details
