Job Title: Senior Analyst, Supply Planning

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Department: Planning & Purchasing

As a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you will be responsible for executing Production plan and Materials plan for Vietnam Factory to assure the available Finished Goods and Materials as schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Material Planning

•  Review MRP to calculate material requirements based on Production Plan.

•  Release PO and transfer it to Suppliers

•  Checking PO pending for delivery on time.

•  Follow up materials On Hold (ask QC to inform the result).

•  Check the Near Expiry Date (material + FGs) file sent by WH & ask Planning Manager to put forward production or extend shelf-life

Metro’s bundle packaging

•  Checking production plan and inventory versus demand to be available for supply

Follow up Export orders

•  Coordinate with Exporter to get shipment schedule.

•  Tracking production plan to have the available products for container loading.

•  Checking the actual supply versus PO quantity.

Inventory Control:

•  Coordinate with Warehouse to get materials and FG products near expiry list to prepare SLOB report (Items for Obsolete)

•  Send SLOB report to Planning Manager to raise the critical items in S&OP Step 3 meeting

•  Prepare the obsolescence provision (write-off) for which items are going to stop selling. It will be updated monthly

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the similar position, preferred Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Good in Word, Excel, MRP software
• Be able in reading & writing in English
• Communication, problem solving
