The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 74,320.00 CAD - 97,545.00 CAD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As a family company, benefits are a key piece of our Total Rewards package as well and we’re proud to provide a comprehensive, competitive, and differentiated benefits program that our people and their families value.This position is responsible for maximizing customer, SCJ profitability & growth through the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs. Duties of the Sr. Associate Manager include being able to effectively manage multiple and changing priorities, lead times and promotional programs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver key targets for account: Net Sales, Profit Margin, Share & Gross to Net
- Develop and implement annual account business plans in support of achieving pre-established objectives utilizing internal resources (Customer Marketing, Marketing, Category, Retail Coverage, Finance) & customer resources (account data, cross functional account contacts, in-store, eCommerce)
- Plan for, track and analyze the distribution, pricing and expenditures related to all account activity
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with retailer partners
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- University Degree required (Essential Requirement), Preferably in Business or Commerce
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant business experience
- Strong Communication Skills (Written and Oral) required
- Developing Strategic Thinking and Analytical Fact-Based Problem Solving Skills
- Developing negotiations skills
- Ability to actively participate in meetings, and work as a team and independently
- Analytical and Deductive Reasoning Skills; Ability to draw business conclusions, solutions and prepare / make recommendations.
- Ability to work within Cross-Functional Setting / Team
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Prior Account Management, Knowledge of CPG, and Customer Experience is an asset
- Experience with Reporting & Forecasting Tools (ie: MS Office, Retail Link, ACN, SAP, PlanIt, Cognos)
