The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 96,348.00 USD - 126,456.75 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate Omnichannel Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies/plans that drive sales and grow market share for our Home Cleaning products within critical customers and classes of trade. For their assigned customer/class of trade, the associate Omnichannel Marketing Manager will serve as the primary Omni marketing liaison between our internal teams (brand, sales, product development) to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs across both in-store and online channels. The Associate Omnichannel Marketing Manager will possess a foundational understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of contributing to and executing successful, integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role requires a collaborative thinker with good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support OmniChannel Marketing Strategies:

  • Assist in creating & executing successful omni marketing plans, aligned with brand/sales goals & objectives.
  • Support in understanding retailer-specific goals, promotions, and customer/shopper insights.
  • Contribute to leveraging shopper marketing opportunities (i.e., in-store, online/retail media, social, email).
  • Support the management of Omni Marketing budgets for optimal ROI/ROO (Return On Objective).
  • Assist in analyzing market trends & competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the activation of portfolio Price Pack Architecture (PPA) in partnership with NRM and Finance.

Support In-Store Marketing Management:

  • Assist in the development & execution of unique, bold and impactful in-store marketing programs.
  • Support Omni creative briefing inputs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for integrated and flawless in-store execution.
  • Assist in analyzing in-store performance (along with other 360 programs) to optimize future programs.

Support Online Marketing Management:

  • Assist in the development & execution of online marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation of content matrix for asset adoption.
  • Contribute to PDP brief writing for NPDs.
  • Support the management of the Digital Shelf.
  • Stay current on e-commerce, digital trends & best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Provide support for Sales and Distribution and Trade and Merchandising from an Omni/Shopper perspective.
  • Provide Shopper Insights to brief customer/channel specific retail needs in Media 2 Cart planning.
  • Serve as resource on Shopper/Retailer insights for Omni Strategy Manager in Packet (Sell-In Story) development & refresh.
  • Collaborate with internal teams seeking and representing the voice of the Shopper (Brand, Sales, CIBA, finance, Supply) for aligned/integrated execution.
  • Support the management and fostering of strong relationships with external agencies and partners (e.g., creative, media, retail media agencies) to drive campaign execution and innovation.
  • Assist in communicating Omni Marketing plans, results, & insights to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing, tracking and optimizing Omni Marketing Budgets.
  • Support preparation for and attend Line Reviews and T2T support.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Assist in tracking & analyzing campaign performance; contribute to regular reports & insights.
  • Help identify areas for improvement & recommend optimizations.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure ROI & identify key trends, where possible.
  • Support the interpretation and application of insights from Marketing Mix Modeling (MMA) and other advanced analytics to inform future strategy and budget allocation.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Assist in analyzing customer growth strategy and priorities within the commerce landscape.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Assist in analyzing competitor marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Contribute to developing competitive strategies to differentiate our products and brands.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on shopper/omnichannel marketing within the CPG industry.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strongly curious and a self-starter who is both resourceful and scrappy
  • Foundational Omni Marketing knowledge and can support integrating shopper marketing efforts across online/offline channels to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Retailer-specific knowledge and are building an understanding of assigned retailer/channel's marketing programs, platforms, and customer base.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills and can present information clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative and have an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project/Budget Management skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while supporting marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
  • Eager to learn about data-driven targeting/marketing and understanding marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Basic familiarity with retailer-specific marketing platforms and can provide support for annual JBP negotiation (Retail Media Networks).
  • Proven track record of contributing to and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and grow market share.
  • Experience working with retail customers.
  • Experience supporting marketing budgets and analyzing ROI.
  • Foundational understanding of retail marketing principles and best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time on-site position in Chicago
  • Occasional travel may be required to visit customer headquarters, attend industry events, and meet with vendors. (5-10%)
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
  • This position is eligible for domestic relocation.
