The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 74,240.00 USD - 97,440.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As the Senior Analyst, Demand Planning-Statistical Modeling. your primary role is to own the statistical baseline forecast models, ensuring trends, seasonality, weather and all external factors are incorporated into long range forecasts. In this role you will work closely with demand planners, supply planners and marketing to ensure all insights are layered into statical forecast models. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 1000 UPCs and will develop a forecast by using insights such as shipment history, sales collaboration, distribution accuracy, and marketing plans. This position is a key driver in creating and managing the true consumer demand signals by which to align the rest of the Supply Chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and optimizes 1,100+ long-term (4-24 month) UPC forecasts, supporting over 40 customer forecast groups across 4 businesses for all North America.
Applies expertise in statistical forecasting to hand-select and deploy the most suitable models, including ARIMA, Holt Winter's (Additive & Multiplicative), Exponential Smoothing, and Moving Averages, effectively minimizing error metrics such as MAPE and Bias.
Coordinates SKU transitions, including scheduling effectivity dates, completing all new code setups, and ensuring accurate movement of demand between SKU’s.
Leads efforts in system cleansing and data cleansing, ensuring accuracy by addressing causal factors, errors, and outliers (such as promotions and case cuts), rectifying discrepancies, ensuring correct mapping, and optimizing data integrity and system efficiency.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
2 + years relevant Statistical modelling, Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, or other Supply Chain related field.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to present recommendations concisely to cross functional partners and gain support for consensus plans rooted in data and assumptions.
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis, linking root cause to action driving KPI improvement.
Ability to work with and deal in ambiguity; analyze existing data, make assumptions, and present business case for action.
2 + years relevant Forecasting / Demand Planning background.
A fast-paced, multi-tasking expert with strong cross-functional project management capabilities.
End to End Supply Chain knowledge and understanding; able to quickly make decisions based on analysis of current assumptions.

Position is Full-Time.
Regular business hours, Monday-Friday.
This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
Travel <10%.
