The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 74,240.00 USD - 97,440.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Ready to turn consumer insights into impactful product experiences?As a Senior Associate, Sales - Offline Repacks, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, developing compelling packaging solutions that align with both consumer desires and customer expectations. Reporting to the Offline Repack Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that balance creativity with commercial strategy—ensuring every special pack meets the highest standards of quality while delivering strong financial performance. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and bringing ideas to life in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop cost-effective, high-quality packaging solutions that meet consumers’ needs and customers’ requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability of offline repacks
Work with cross-functional teams to drive and accelerate project timelines
Evaluate alternative packaging options to support sustainability efforts
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address packaging and assembly challenges, maintaining production schedules and product quality
Document processes and procedures, proposing improvements when appropriate
Define proper packaging guideline for third parties to follow including SCJ and retailers’ packaging specifications
Ensure timely delivery of specs, beauty shots, samples, and other sales tools
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Packaging, R&D, Supply Chain or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of US Retail Landscape and sales process
Working knowledge of SAP and/or similar master data tool is a plus
Previous experience working cross-functionally
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Breadth and depth of product development including tools, packaging technologies, manufacturing processes, and testing methodologies
Strong knowledge of Excel
Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:
Sound written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Solid interpersonal skills to develop and maintain successful working relationships
Foundational planning skills to juggle competing tasks and priorities
Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Agility to adapt to changing work and customer demands
Ability to influence without authority and keep teams working well together
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time onsite role in downtown Chicago
Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
This role is not eligible for relocation assistance
Core collaboration hours are 9 AM - 3PM; flexibility outside these hours to meet a standard 40+ hour work week and evolving business needs
