Intern, Sales

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Overview

• We are looking for a strategist and analyzer who has a career goal in sales and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting activities.

• Support the sales process by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings with clients and teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales strategies.

• Utilize sales automation software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data and update tracking reports.

• Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.

• Provide insight into sales, customer marketing and marketing teams with key point-of-sales analytics based on different sources (Nielsen, customer B2B data, sell out etc).

• Automate sales systems, create user friendly reports, try and learn new tools, facilitate their implementation to field teams.

• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field.

• Experienced in daily/weekly reporting,KPI tracking, analyzing sales.

• Advance Excel skills (pivot Tables,Power Query,data modelling ).

• Preferably experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.

• Ability to translate data into actionable business insight.

• Strong interest in customer-facing jobs.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English ,both verbally and in writing.

• Good communication with both senior leaders (decision makers) and decision executers

• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently as well as collaborate in a team environment

• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
