ABOUT THE ROLE


The Senior Analyst, Customer Fulfillment plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the order-to-delivery cycle. This position involves high-level analytical work, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient customer shipments. The analyst is responsible for end-to-end order management and fulfillment execution on SAP, collaborating closely with customers to improve service levels and proactively resolve issues. A key part of the role is ensuring strong compliance adherence throughout the entire process, maintaining alignment with internal controls and external regulatory requirements. The position reports into the Manager, Customer Fulfillment and is part of a dynamic, performance-driven team focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead end-to-end order management and fulfillment execution on SAP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements and internal standards. 

  • Collaborate closely with customers to proactively manage orders, resolve issues, and drive improvements in service levels and delivery performance. 

  • Analyze fulfillment performance and shipment pacing, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization across the supply chain. 

  • Ensure strong compliance adherence throughout the order-to-cash process, maintaining alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and external regulations. 

  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Supply Planning, Logistics, and Commercial to ensure smooth execution and alignment on priorities. 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance. 

  • Maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards, providing visibility into key metrics and enabling data-driven decision-making.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, preferably with experience in customer-facing roles and cross-functional coordination.  

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.  

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer fulfillment, order management, or supply chain operations.

  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.  

  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.

  • Experience in customer collaboration initiatives, including service level improvement projects or joint business planning.

  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to work with data, generate insights, and support decision-making.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time position based in a corporate office environment. 

  • Involves regular interaction with virtual teams and stakeholders across different countries and time zones, requiring strong communication and coordination skills in a multicultural setting.
