Summary:

Responsible for managing the end-to-end claim process, including logging claims, verifying claim documentation, coordinating with finance and stakeholders, processing credit & debit notes, resolving disputes, and providing timely reports to ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Validate and input claim all channel in the system and Ensure AP Claim process on time

  • Provide updated status of deals & GST (Goods and Services Tax) disputes by weekly

  • Provide account statement reports by quarterly

  • Ensure payment for RDs’ claims supported with approval and documents required.

  • Ensure all RDs’ claims/reimbursements operating procedures in line with approved accounting practices and SCJ guidelines and promote controls on AP Claim process reimbursement.

  • Ensure payment for RDs’ claims supported with approval and documents required.

  • Controlling finance management to distributors related to AP reconciliation

  • Responsible for end month AP Claim Report.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s in related fields

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance

Job Requirements:

  • Permanent – full time job

  • No relocation eligibility
