Overview
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join our Quality team as a Quality Intern and contribute to ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical experience in quality systems, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals in a world-class manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Quality Intern, you will support day-to-day quality operations and gain exposure to manufacturing quality processes. You will participate in inspections, documentation activities, material evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives that help ensure product excellence and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support routine quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Conduct production line inspections and document findings accurately.
- Collect and manage raw material samples according to established procedures.
- Assist in preparing material release documentation and labels.
- Perform visual inspections of packaging materials and components.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
- Support investigations, audits, and continuous improvement projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational requirements.
- Complete additional quality-related tasks and projects as needed.
Experience You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to organize information accurately and maintain attention to detail.
