ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior E-commerce KAM, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Amazon portfolio across all our categories. You will implement digital strategies and work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) and external partners to optimize commercial performance.

Reporting to the Modern Trade Manager, and managing a team of 1 person, you will play a critical role in SC Johnson’s efforts to rapidly accelerate our e-commerce growth through E-commerce. Within this opportunity, you will help SCJ build the e-commerce business and capabilities across the European region. You will deliver direct sales growth in Spain, understand best practices in e-retail and be passionate about data and analytics to monitor return on investment and optimize digital investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Amazon:

  • Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for Amazon
  • Amazon: Act as the main point of contact for AVS SPAIN and ensure effective and proactive collaboration with Vendor Managers / Amazon teams.
  • Apply the Amazon commercial policy defined at the European level and ensure its optimization in Spain in terms of profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize media investments on Amazon (Amazon Ads, DSP) in collaboration with agency & Amazon Ads team
  • Ensure excellence in the digital shelf (content optimization, SEO, buy box, digital merchandising) in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Set up and monitor promotional campaigns and special operations (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.).
  • Own the P&L and lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and assortment to maximize profitability and revenue growth.

Analysis and Reporting

  • You will be the internal expert in Spain for all ecommerce activities (product information management, shopper data / retargeting capabilities, activation plans)
  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs: sales, stock, traffic, conversion, advertising performance.
  • Define strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Work closely with finance and supply chain teams to optimize stock management and sales forecasting.
  • Produce regular reports on account performance and identify areas for improvement.

Client Relationship Management

  • Be the main point of contact for Vendor Managers and Amazon teams to ensure effective and proactive collaboration.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Pure Players to develop business opportunities and maximize product visibility.
  • Participate in business reviews with Amazon and Pure Players.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in business, digital marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital key account management
  • Excellent knowledge of Amazon platforms (Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, DSP, A+ Content, SEO, Buy Box, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Amazon KPIs, sell-out, sell-in, conversion, advertising ROI)
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and build trust-based relationships with partners
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to make performance-based decisions
  • Fluent English required (frequent interactions with international teams)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team spirit

You need to be legally eligible to work in Spain.

This role is not eligible for relocation.  
Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
