This role is to support the execution of the short to midterm marketing commercialization strategy and support Associate Manager in every day work for Air Care.
Activities include: Collaborate with sales, customer marketing team and supply for product listing, brand presentations, market competitor analysis and launches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support short to mid-term Marketing Commercialization strategy implementation for assigned brands, country
• Support preparation for brand business reviews
• Support the commercialization process of NPD (New product development) & lead the trademark registration process
• Prepare the data & analysis for assumptions for Major Expenditure Authorization Consumer Communication
• Support execution of media strategy with support from the manager
• Lead and drive artwork preparation & changes
• Leads barcode management, label change & pricing maintenance
• Own Step 1 & 2 - share analytics
• Collaborate with Sales & Customer Marketing team to drive execution of Sales & Trade promotions
• Track sales, market shares & NPD performance
• Provide analysis and data required to form the pricing strategy
• Work closely with Customer marketing team & Sales team on excellence executions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelors degree
Excel, Power Point
No experience. Previous internship in marketing or costumer marketing is a plus.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Fulfill Success Driver and proficiency on assigned level and job
Fluent in conversational and written English because need to cooperate with global team closely
Analytical skills
Microsoft office
