The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 93,600.00 USD - 122,850.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As Associate Manager, Sales Account Management – Target eCommerce, you’ll be at the forefront of SCJ’s digital acceleration, leading strategic initiatives that grow our eCommerce footprint with one of the nation’s top retailers. Reporting to the Director Team Lead for Target, you’ll combine sharp analytical thinking with customer-centric planning to unlock growth opportunities and strengthen SCJ’s online presence. Your mission: increase digital penetration, optimize paid search performance, and partner with sales leads to bring eCommerce strategies to life in buyer engagements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for achieving sales budget and managing paid search strategy effectively across 4 major categories and multiple buying teams
Execute tactical plans:
Collaborate with sales leaders to meet eCommerce objectives.
Analyze syndicated data to identify category and brand trends, sharing results and recommendations internally and with buyers
Provide strategic input for account growth including promotions and special packs
Build Paid Search Strategy across 4 key categories in partnership with Omni
Lead category eCommerce calls with Agency Partners and Omni
Revenue Responsibility: $50MM
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years relevant experience OR advanced degree and 3+ years relevant experience
Experience with eCommerce Selling or Shopper Marketing

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time onsite role in Minneapolis, MN SCJ office
Travel <10%
Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
May require relocation for future opportunities
