Associate Manager, Brand Manager - Pest Control

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate Brand Manager, Innovation – Pest Control you will lead the development of critical top projects for Repellent, while partnering with key regions for commercialization. In this role, you will partner with Equity teams and International Marketing Commercialization teams to deliver Strategy 2030 plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lean into consumer insights and opportunities past and present to shape NPD together with brand strategies and create winning plans for Strat 2030
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure business context understanding, commercial viability and consumer opportunity
  • Deliver against product needs including partnership with the equity team for the development of the communication and Visual Brand Language in line with Brand Architecture
  • Work closely with local and regional teams to understand local business and identify clear problems to solve to drive business growth and unlock the potential of our brands
  • Partner with RDE and PCM teams to understand technical feasibility and cross-functional support needed for given projects, including financials
  • Partner with claims lead for articulation of brand’s product experience via claims
  • Shared accountability for Brands’ P&L and shares globally
  • Lead main Innovation updates meetings, including support of IGP process

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related subject required with 5+ years of related work experience or 3 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Global experience/exposure
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience in developing consumer products
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Successful partnerships with cross-functionals and ability to leverage brand strategy to bring impactful product developments
  • MBA Preferred or related experience
  • Passion for creativity and innovation
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to turn that to advantage
  • High sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated team leadership and development

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is Full-Time in Racine, Wisconsin
  • Regular business hours, Monday-Friday
  • Travel <10%
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
