The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 109,200.00 USD - 143,325.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. The Associate Manager, Omni Marketing plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive sales and grow market share across both in-store and online channels. This role bridges internal teams (brand, sales, product development) and retail partners to ensure seamless execution of omnichannel marketing programs that resonate with shoppers and deliver business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Omnichannel Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to the development and execution of omnichannel marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Support the integration of shopper insights, retailer-specific goals, and promotional strategies into marketing activations.
- Leverage opportunities across in-store, digital, and retail media platforms to enhance shopper engagement and conversion.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI/ROO to inform future investment decisions.
- Partner with finance and revenue management to activate portfolio strategies across channels.
In-Store & Online Marketing
- Support the creation of impactful in-store marketing programs, including development of creative briefs and executional alignment with sales teams.
- Assist in the execution of online campaigns, including PDP content, digital shelf optimization, and e-commerce activations.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail media to inform strategy and execution.
Insights & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance, shopper behavior, and conversion metrics to inform future planning.
- Contribute to reporting and insights generation using marketing mix modeling and other analytics tools.
Collaboration & Communication
- Facilitate communication across internal stakeholders (sales, brand, insights) and external partners (agencies, retailers).
- Support the development of sell-in stories, Customer Narratives, and campaign toolkits.
- Help manage agency relationships and ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing programs.
- Collaborate with Internal partners via Sales and Operations Planning process to enable executional excellence for assigned retail classes of trade
Competitive & Retail Landscape Monitoring
- Monitor competitor activity, retail trends, and shopper behaviors to identify opportunities and risks.
- Contribute to the development of proactive strategies that respond to shifts in the commerce landscape.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably with omnichannel or shopper marketing exposure OR advanced degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant business experience.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Experience working with retail customers and supporting marketing campaigns.
- Foundational understanding of retail marketing principles and analytics.
- Strong curiosity and self-starter mindset.
- Foundational knowledge of omnichannel marketing and retail platforms.
- Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data and trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Project and budget management capabilities.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., AC Nielsen, Profitero, Retailer tools).
- Basic understanding of retail media networks and digital shelf optimization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
- Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
- Travel <10%.
