ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our Net Revenue Management (NRM) team. This team is accountable for developing strategic pricing, trade spend, and price pack architecture that drives SCJ’s global sales, profit, and share growth. This function is part of our Global Finance organization and will report to a Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis.
As Associate Manager, you will apply your skills in finance, analytics/tools, and general business acumen to lead deep dive country engagements and review of key diagnostics such as sales, share, sales velocity, pricing trends, etc. This is a great career opportunity to act as a consultative business partner and subject matter expert by making recommendations in alignment with business strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage insights and work closely with cross functional teams (Global Finance, Global Marketing and Consumer Insights & Business Analytics) to develop multi-year plans that drive long term share, sales and profit growth.
Work with a Global category cross functional team to establish pricing strategies for all new products.
Support a region in various pricing and marketplace analytical tools and work with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategy development and execution, including development of pricing principles / guidelines, promotional strategies, price points, frequency, and tactical support (Feature/Display/TPR)
Leverage Net Revenue Management (NRM) reporting and tools to develop insights that are utilized to identify price and trade spend optimization opportunities.
Facilitate on-going NRM reporting and database maintenance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering. Applied Mathematics or other relevant business discipline
5+ years of relevant work experience
Qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Relevant business experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Net Revenue Management and/or business analytics experience
Experience working globally with exposure to international markets
Commercial Finance experience in Marketing and/or Sales, manipulating syndicated data (e.g. Nielsen) and internal financials, conducting effective diagnostic analysis, and synthesizing findings to draw insights and actionable recommendations
Experience in SAP and any Trade Spend Management systems
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience and strong proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Powerpoint
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills including ability to present findings and recommendations in an effective and efficient manner to a variety of audiences

This position will be located at our Sam’s campus in Mt. Pleasant, WI
Full time business hours Mon thru Fri
Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
Occasional business travel may be needed
This role is eligible for domestic relocation
