The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 93,600.00 USD - 122,850.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As the Associate Manager, Special Packs, you’ll be the driving force behind the end‑to‑end development and commercialization of our offline repack initiatives—critical programs that shape how millions of consumers experience our brands. In this role, you’ll blend commercialization rigor with operational excellence, navigating complex supply chain dynamics and fast‑paced CPG priorities. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams with influence and clarity as you manage projects from concept through execution. Your ability to anticipate risks, problem‑solve creatively, and keep workstreams aligned to timing accountabilities will ensure every repack is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Kick off assigned projects on time with cross-functional team to ensure readiness for Key Events/ Program
Participate in Ideation with Omni Marketing team, sharing best practices and bringing ideas on how to deliver against Brand Objectives in a timely and cost-efficient way
Ensure packs meet aligned financial thresholds; escalating gaps and problem solving as needed
Once Ideation is complete, communicate design brief to third-party, develop and gain alignment on project timeline
Organize and lead ongoing project meetings to track progress, identify bottlenecks and course corrections needed to deliver project FAD
Communicate project meeting notes, including status and key next steps needed to keep projects on-track
Ensure graphics are developed and approved on-time meeting key milestone dates; escalate delays and challenges as needed
Influence readiness with partners across base goods, components, and labor, escalating as needed
Ensure specs, beauty shots and other sales tools for their assigned projects are delivered on time
Document processes and procedures, proposing improvements when appropriate
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing Operations, Packaging Engineers, and/or Supply Chain for a retailer and/or consumer packaged goods company
Demonstrated experience in project management and in leading internal and/or third-party cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), SAP and/or similar master data tool
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Technical:
General understanding of US Retail Landscape and sales process
Previous experience with Special Packs (eg: WHC, Ecom, racks)
Previous exposure to Packaging/Graphic development is a plus
Financial acumen, including general understanding of key drivers of a brand P&L
Previous experience in change management and documenting procedures
Interpersonal and Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to motivate cross functional team to common goal and influence without authority
Proficient in problem-solving, focused on achieving results, and committed to continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to analyze a large amount of data from various sources and articulate clear and concise call to action
Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing work and customer demands
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time onsite role in Racine, WI
Remote work is available 1 day/week for eligible employees
Minimum travel as needed
This role is eligible for relocation
