ABOUT THE ROLE
The North America Operational & Process Excellence (OPEX) Manager is a transformation leader accountable for the deployment of Global Excellence programs both within and outside the Shared Service Center (SSC). You will hold responsibility for cross-functional programs and projects in accordance with the delivery of organizational goals and will be responsible for ensuring that OPEX practices and procedures are followed, applied, and embedded across the SSC, and the expected benefits are delivered and maximized. You will have two direct reports and are part of the North America SSC Management Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach, support, and lead a high-performing OPEX team
Deliver successful transformation in core Shared Services Centers processes driving global standardization and measurable efficiency and effectiveness improvements
Lead process transformation and optimization leveraging Lean and Organizational Change Management experience to increase productivity, efficiency, and speed and enable advanced capabilities and growth mindset
Lead key initiatives or phases of large-scale initiatives leveraging Agile methodology
Facilitate workshops in support of process redesign and organizational change management
Perform people, process, technology, and data readiness assessments on business functions to drive process optimization, standardization, and outline prioritized solutions
Provide strategic thought partnership to our business partners
Plan and coordinate OPEX training and coaching with Lean Six-Sigma methodology to the broader organization
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree
Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt Certification or 5+ years proven experience applying continuous improvement tools to business processes
Strong people and project leadership skills, with at least 5 years of experience leading and developing teams and demonstrated results
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt
Project Management Certification with Agile Project Management experience
Broad Business experience across multiple functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and influence at all levels of the organization
Experience facilitating large scale workshops to gather process intelligence, complete interdependency analysis, and outline prioritized solutions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, coupled with business acumen
Strong data analytics and modeling
Passion for driving change including Organizational Change Management experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time 1st Shift
Some occasional travel
Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
This role is not eligible for domestic relocation
