ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Associate, Product Data Management, to join our global Product Data Management (PDM) team.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of PDM operations, ensuring the integrity of product data that supports speed-to-market, regulatory compliance, and great customer experiences.
You’ll report to the Associate Manager of Strategic Corporate Initiatives and collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, IT, and other teams. Together, you’ll keep product information clean, consistent, and ready to support launches around the world—giving you visibility across the business and a strong foundation to grow your data and operations career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for product data creation, updates, and lifecycle changes in alignment with global standards and per Service Level Agreements with the business.
Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with business and technical teams, ensuring adherence to global policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Leverage AI and automation tools for streamlined data entry, validation, and lifecycle management.
Provide support to business users and PDM Team members on PDM tools and processes.
Support continuous improvement efforts within the PDM processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in product data management, master data, or related roles within a CPG or manufacturing environment with a working knowledge of PDM/MDM systems (e.g. SAP, PLM).
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse internal and external customer groups
Excellent active listening skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience supporting product launches and regulatory data requirements in a CPG environment.
Lean Six Sigma or data governance certification is a plus.
Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and continuously improve processes
Familiarity and literacy with the use of AI, specifically AI/ML applications in data management and communication and collaboration spaces.

Office work environment: Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period
Relocation Eligibility: This role is not eligible for relocation.
