Manager, Business Systems Analyst – Finance Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Business Systems Analyst – Finance Transformation to support our enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiative. This role will act as a key liaison between Finance and IT, translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. The position reports to the Director, Digital Strategy Transformation & Deliver, Finance and plays a critical role in shaping future-state finance processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of finance processes, SAP configuration, and project lifecycle management. This is a strategic, non-people-management role ideal for a senior-level contributor who thrives in cross-functional environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable SAP Finance solutions that support digital transformation.

  • Lead the configuration and optimization of SAP Finance modules, assessing cross-functional impacts and ensuring system integrity to support evolving business needs.

  • Champion data integrity and transparency through seamless integration, migration, and reporting initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, empowering users through training, support, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with SAP Security & Controls to ensure compliance with segregation of duties and role mapping.

  • Analyze and resolve SAP finance-related issues and problems.

  • Design and execute test plans, including SIT and UAT, in collaboration with business users.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging emerging SAP technologies and best practices to future-proof our finance ecosystem.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Deep knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles, and a passion for driving efficiencies in these processes with digital enablement and automation.

  • 5+ years of experience in finance functions such as Financial Planning, Management/Statutory Reporting, General Accounting, Costing, Consolidation, Treasury, or Tax.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an SAP Finance Business Analyst or similar role.

  • SAP FICO or Central Finance certification is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • A collaborative spirit and the confidence to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel: less than 20%

  • Full time onsite role in Racine, WI

  • Remote work available once a week for eligible employees

  • Eligible for Domestic Relocation
