ABOUT THE ROLE
The Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration Manager reports to the Director of End User Productivity (EUP). EUP is a global team responsible for the management and delivery of digital workplace technology to all departments inside SC Johnson. Our core services include endpoints (laptops, mobile devices, and virtual computing), productivity tools, conference rooms, and office print services.
In this role you will be responsible for the productivity tool stack, primarily consisting of Microsoft 365 technologies – Teams, Office, Copilot, email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other M365 productivity tools. This role serves as the end-to-end service owner including planning and strategy, implementation, operations and user enablement. The operations layer is managed by this role and executed through a global managed service provider.
This is a fulltime onsite role in Racine, WI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and drive the M365 strategy in collaboration with architects and key partners like Global Information Security.
- Own the full Microsoft 365 service portfolio, supporting EUP service owners with technical direction, governance, and resources needed for successful project delivery.
- Own current and future MSP decisions as it relates to the services supported for M365.
- Oversee major operational escalations and ensure effective resolution.
- Partner with business IT representatives (DSTs) to ensure the M365 roadmap anticipates business needs and supports long term digital workplace objectives.
- Ensure efficient hand-offs between architects, engineering teams, and operational support functions.
- Partner with End User Experience & Operational Excellence Manager to ensure world-class user experience as measured by User Experience Index (UXI).
- Serve as a key member of the EUP leadership team, contributing to financial planning, technology road mapping, staffing strategies, and prioritization.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or relevant military experience considered in lieu of education requirements
- 7+ years of experience with a global enterprise-level Infrastructure & Operations service
- 5+ years of experience with maintenance, support, deployment, security, and end user experience of end user productivity or similar tools and services
- 3+ yrs of people leadership experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- O365 / M365 or related certifications
- End user experience, product management, customer service, or customer centricity methods
- Adoption and change management certification or experience
- Agile / Scrum / Jira experience
- Information security certification
- Architecture certification or experience (TOGAF or similar)
- ITIL certification or experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude in a team environment
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency
- Ability to work with and support a globally dispersed team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Full-time during US business hours with occasional evening meetings with Philippines team members.
- Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period.
- This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
