ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Analyst, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Center of Excellence supports Order to Cash in providing analytic and continuous improvement expertise for the customer fulfillment and accounts receivable teams. Through the application of lean methodology, in this role you will identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes. You will be responsible for ensuring proper and efficient execution of rule-based order to cash tasks and will at times be required to perform strategic and tactical tasks to ensure operational effectiveness of implemented solutions. To achieve this, you must build strong and collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with teammates to develop solutions for continuous improvement for order to cash, aiming to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Work with internal and external partners to address and resolve non-standard issues, ensuring successful order to cash management
Conduct onboarding and training for new customer fulfillment and accounts receivable team members
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in designated order to cash tasks
Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of department specific SAP master data to facilitate accurate processing
Ensure proper execution of internal system tools to achieve the goals of the end-to-end processes linked to customer experience
Perform Sarbanes-Oxley Act reporting (SOAR) to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Document standardized processes and procedures to ensure consistent adherence
Advocate for internal and external partners by troubleshooting concerns, proactively communicating, and managing escalations to ensure resolution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP/related systems
3+ years of experience with all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Previous experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable or related field with proven understanding of end-to-end Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Supply Chain
Basic knowledge of accounting entries
Strong work ethic and positive attitude focused on personal growth and contribution
Self-starter, able to multi-task and work independently with a sense of urgency and the ability to set priorities under the pressure of competing demands
Analytical capability with ability to draw conclusions and share insights
Knowledge of Lean methodology and focused on continuous improvement
Intermediate level in all Microsoft Office Applications with advanced level in Excel including Pivots and Power Query
Strategic mindset
Persuasive communication written and verbal (all levels of organization)
Mindful attention to detail

Office work environment: Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
