ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Analyst on the Global Quality Capabilities team, you will contribute to the management and advancement of Quality training documentation and learning programs across the enterprise. You are responsible for supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality training management system, ensuring timely updates and alignment with global standards. This includes assisting with the revision schedule for processes and procedures and helping ensure documentation reflects current practices.

You will also collaborate with Quality leadership, functional teams, and cross-regional stakeholders to support learning strategies aligned with SC Johnson’s business goals. The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with training tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of global training programs and learning modules, including instructional design, stakeholder coordination, and delivery logistics

  • Conduct learning needs assessments, gap analyses, and competency mapping to identify opportunities for capability building and role-based learning pathways

  • Monitor training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, analyze data to identify trends and gaps, and continuously refine processes for scalability and improvement

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts along with regional Quality leadership to ensure training content reflects current practices, aligns with individual development needs, and supports organizational standards

  • Design and deliver adult learning solutions (e.g., instructor-led workshops, eLearning, job aids, facilitator guides, video) to build organizational capability and maintain expertise in Quality-related topics

  • Develop scalable, repeatable learning solutions tailored to diverse global audiences

  • Ensure documentation and training records meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements across regions

  • Research, collect, analyze and organize data into streamlined, consistent, and detailed training content

  • Leverage LMS and other digital platforms to manage, track, and report training compliance

  • Align with leadership and execute effective communication and completion strategy

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Learning & Development Human Resources or Quality, OR military experience considered in lieu of education requirement

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience with documentation, technical writing and/or adult learning

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design basics, and learner engagement strategies

  • Skilled in designing inclusive training for diverse, global audiences

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs (virtual and in-person), with strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Ability to work independently and to build trusting, collaborative relationships across functions and geographies

  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness using data, KPIs, and learning analytics tools

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise information transfer with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience supporting organizational transformation through learning initiatives

  • Broad Quality technical knowledge to design competency-based learning aligned with user needs

  • Demonstrated project and program management skills to prioritize and complete multiple initiatives

  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), LMS administration, reporting, and compliance tracking

  • Strong adaptability and flexibility in response to changing work and stakeholder demands; Understanding of change management principles and how training supports adoption

  • Experience working in multi-site or global environments

  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Time work from Monday – Friday (around core hours of 9:00 – 3:00pm) but does require availability for global interactions in non-core hours

  • Office work environment with remote work available once a week for eligible employees

  • Up to 20% travel required, possibly including overnight

  • This role is not eligible for relocation

For internal associates: This position is grade H.
