ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven, insight‑curious Sales Analyst who’s ready to turn data into powerful strategies that move the business forward. In this highly visible role, you’ll dig into sales performance, uncover trends, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence key decisions across the organization. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams—including Customer Marketing, Marketing, and Category/Shopper Insights—and have the unique opportunity to engage directly with retail buying teams to deliver impactful business insights. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cumulative reporting across the entire Division from those customers noted above to provide a holistic perspective of key opportunities for the Sales organization through this planning period and year-round

  • Analysis of point of sale, channel facts, consumer facts to improve base/promotional business. 

  • Utilize multiple sources of data for analysis, including IRI Circana, Nielsen data, Power BI, SAP, customer POS/Downstream Data

  • Prepare and present to the customer information that adds value to the sales call

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant work experience 

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • At least 1 year of sales or analyst work experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data, both internal and external data sources, and provide actionable recommendations

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., IRI CIRCANA, Nielsen, Excel, Power BI)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, previous experience collaborating with marketing, customer marketing, supply chain or category functions is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of consumer products market trends and dynamics

  • Experience with sales forecasting and performance metrics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 10% Travel

  • This role is not eligible for relocation assistance

  • The individual assuming this position may need to relocate for future opportunities.

  • Full-time onsite role in Mt. Pleasant, WI

  • Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
