Analyst, Supply Planning

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Supply Planning Analyst looking to make an impact and take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply planning activities for promotional and everyday Finished Goods produced offline at repackers for the Western Cluster (France, Spain and Portugal).

You will define Finished Goods' (mainly promotional) replenishment plans in addition to monitoring performance and course correcting when needed.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Supply Planning Associate Manager (based in the Planning Hub located in Italy), you’ll be fully accountable for the maintenance of Master Data records and for managing the relationship with third party manufacturers.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Define actions plans to optimize the different inventory locations

  • Provide appropriate inventory analysis and reports (ERP, reporting tools)

  • Managing product changes and representing supply planning in project teams.

  • Monitor the ERP - adjust allocation to markets when required based on regional guidelines

  • Proceed and track inbounds from manufacturing and suppliers

  • Proactively interact with Customer Service and Local supply chain teams

  • Participate / organize regular reviews on operations, quality and improvements

  • Monthly KPI update and root cause analysis on main supply chain losses

The role requires a high level of autonomy, exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skills, coupled with solution focused approach.

In addition to this the following is required:

Experience you will bring:

  • Education: BS Degree in Economics/Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Business or similar

  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading French and English.  

  • Strong Supply Planning skills and ability to use ERP systems are considered a plus.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
