Sr. Analyst,Demand Planning (Temp position 8 months)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The demand-planning organization of SC Johnson is responsible for the development of a demand forecast. The primary role of the Stat Hub Demand Planner is to develop the baseline forecast through statistical modeling and analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use and maintain current demand planning systems to create the best baseline forecast possible using established processes.
• Make recommendations to enhance business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
• Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement.
• Constant and clear communication with Market demand planner on baseline forecast changes and impacts.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engeneering or a related business field.
• Minimum of 0 - 2 years of Supply Chain or Business experience.
• Experience in demand planning and simulation systems or tools (desirable).
• Working knowledge in process improvement.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Ability to work in highly collaborative environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Intermediate / Advanced in Excel.
• Knowledge in Power BI developments (desirable).

• Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
• This role is not eligible for relocation
• Temporary position – fixed term 8 months
