Product End -to -end – 60%• Support line manager and cooperate for building holistic marketing strategy and business plan including but not limited to market share, value/volume target, business target, building blocks, key strategy pillars and actions, etc.
• Being able to independently lead cross function team to drive NPD from end-to-end, including consumer research, market analysis, business case development, product concept/packaging/claims, pricing and key assets development, channel strategy, media and communication plan. sell-in material, etc.
• Being able to independently manage the product lifecycle, work with cross functional team to develop, implement and monitor campaign/always-on communication, social/e-commerce communication, offline visibility/promotion/events,
• Being able to individually analyze on all data including but not limited to market share report, demand planning report, finance report, social listening and drive the relevant insight to direct the future NPD, etc.
Integration Marketing & Communication Planning & Monitoring – 30%
• Independently work with cross function team and external agency to development the holistic marketing plan including content/assets development, media strategy, key activation, social campaign, offline event, etc.
• Closely monitor the execution and investment including content and operation to maximize the ROI.
Channel Activation Planning & Monitoring – 10%
• Independently drive the route-to-market strategy and also specific channel portfolio strategy and activation, e.g. Sam’s Club, Walmart, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategy
- Lead and support all marketing commercializing strategy and plan development with data analysis and building presentations
- Innovation
- Lead the brand related NPD from End-to-end
- Consumer Communication
- Lead the development of the product concept/package/claims/messages
- Lead the development of the key brand and product assets including KV/TVC/EC product page/offline POSM, etc.
- Work collaboratively with online/offline related team on marketing campaign planning and implementation
- Work closely with online/offline trade marketing and sales to continue optimizing the product communications.

- Drive product development process from end to end
- Drive company business planning key sessions
- Track sales, demand planning, market shares & NPD performance
- Stakeholders
- NPD related project team, RD&E, Legal, Plant, Consumer insight team
- Commercial related sales and trade marketing
- Marketing related IMC/social marketing team
- Occasionally work with global team
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Experience in NPD end-to-end,
- Experience in leading integrated marketing communications
- Experience in working with multi-functional team, including sales/trade marketing
- Experience in working Sam’s Club, Walmart, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or Marketing. Those with Masters/ MBA is preferred.
- At least 7 years of Marketing experience
- Experience in FMCG will be added value
