Senior Associate, Sales Account Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 完成销售指标，督促并实现组织、执行并完成各项计划、目标；
• 完成GTN指标，预算执行、控制及监督管理，确保费用使用的有效性及真实性；
• 负责应收账款的管理,并平衡和控制客户投资与年度计划
• 负责年度客户合同谈判，有效的动态化调整和规划并完美执行；
• 负责协调管理各区客户的生意发展计划，驱动管辖客户的生意，实现增长；
• 管理O2O生意,寻求生意增长点，建立有效的O2O生意发展模式；
• 通过有效数据分析，跟进客户库存管理、门店的拓展及分销、陈列执行；
• 指导及帮助门店执行同事管理技能，推动总部项目在门店执行；
• 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态，包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等；

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

•  本科或以上学历

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• 有5年以上FMCG客户管理经验；最好有1年以上相关客户的管理经验；
• 能熟练应用电脑及OFFICE软件；有一定的英语基础及语言处理能力；
• 对数据有敏锐性，善于分析生意的机会点
• 致胜的工作态度及工作责任心；展现适应能力和抗压能力；
• 建立针对管辖客户的有效计划并执行；
• 擅长于团队管理并能够激励团队向共同的目标奋进；
• 具有业务谈判能力,沟通协调能力；
• 诚实、守信；

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Full Time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Travel as per business requirement
