EMEA Total Reward Specialist
Internal title: Associate, Total Rewards

Overview

SC Johnson is looking for an HR Associate (Total Rewards) to join our Total Rewards team and support HR operations across the EMEA region. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational FMCG environment.

It’s a great entry or early-career opportunity for an HR professional who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Total Rewards team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

  • Assist in market benchmarking and compensation analysis under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Support the HR team with data preparation and reporting related to compensation and benefits.

  • Help coordinate the annual merit planning process by preparing and validating data.

  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors (e.g., benefits providers, survey partners).

  • Participate in projects aimed at improving Total Rewards processes and tools.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Initial experience in HR, preferably in compensation & benefits or HR analytics.

  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

  • Interest in compensation trends, market benchmarking, and internal equity practices.

  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.

  • Strong English communication skills (minimum B2/C1 level).

  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus.

The expected annual salary range for this position is between 88 200,00 PLN - 115 815,00 PLN. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
