About the role

This role, reporting to the Manager of EMEA Logistics Capabilities, is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of transforming how logistics works across the region. You’ll learn how to be a key player in driving smarter, faster, and more cost-effective operations, supporting everything from performance optimization to the setup of high-impact routines like the Regional Logistics KPI Review, EMEA-wide communications, and strategic projects that shape our future.

You’ll team up with the EMEA Logistics Capabilities Team to develop knowledge on managing daily transport operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently. Working across multiple supply chain functions, including Logistics Operations, Supply Planning, and Customer Fulfillment. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that make a real difference for our customers and our business.

About the Team/Department

This position, reporting to the Manager of EMEA Logistics Capabilities, will act as a support for the day-to-day management of transport operations and analytics to drive end to end cost and performance improvements across the region.

Responsibilities:

The intern, who will work closely with the associate manager and the team, will learn how to:

• Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify actionable insights to improve service and cost Routine settings and preparation (comprehending ppt decks)
• Support Project Managers for strategic projects
• Make sure every approved New Product Development captures the right logistics opportunities -as per functional guidelines 
• Solve day-to-day operational issues impacting the ability to distribute effectively
• Contribute to Logistics monthly analysis to support SF/ODE meetings
• Support cross-functional activities to secure transportation capacity during peak periods
• Support the data collection and root cause analysis for Weekly and Monthly Operational Reviews
• Support the continuous improvement plans to improve service KPIs

Experience you’ll bring:

• Bachelor University degree in Logistics, Economics, or Industrial Management, Engineering
• No experience / short experience in logistics or supply chain (6 months)
• Microsoft office applications. SAP experience is a nice to have
