Job Title: Material Planner
Location: Gorzów Wielkopolski
This role is not eligible for relocation.
Overview
As Material Planner, you will have the responsibility of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) process, ensuring materials availability to support the production schedule at the optimal inventory investment and cost for the production site.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for materials availability to deliver the production plan
- Responsible for the inventory management at the site for assigned portfolio of materials
- Actively participating in planning and factory routines (S&OP, DMS)
- Support new product launches ensuring proper and timely availability of new materials
- Proactively communicating potential risks with the cross-functional stakeholders (supply chain, factory)
- Conducting monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s and drive corrective actions
- Establishing good relationships with suppliers, while driving issue resolution
- Updating and maintaining KPIs dashboard and supplier’s scorecard
- Ensuring proper Master Data maintenance
Experience you’ll bring:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to drive actions and influence decision making
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing and Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- English fluency required, Polish knowledge is a plus
- Solid knowledge of PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
- Experience using SAP is a plus
