Summary:

Managing the Production operations activities at Pulogadung Plant - Managing all aspects of Maintenance activities at Pulogadung Plant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all SAP PM review and updated based on schedule
  • Implement Continuous Improvement project
  • To ensure that all production machineries and its accessories, also tank farms are always in a proper condition and calibrated according to production planning schedule.
  • Implement a proper Preventive Maintenance strategy in order to reduce the number of breakdown times in production machineries and tank farm.
  • To ensure that all equipment’s in Plant Pulogadung are always in calibrated condition.
  • To ensure that all activities in maintenance are always run in cost effective, SHE and Quality manner.
  • Planning and maintaining spare parts for machineries and utilities.
  • To ensure that critical or necessary spare parts are always available according to necessity without neglecting the level of inventory in the spare parts warehouse.
  • To control the inventory level of spare part warehouse.
  • Performs in additional tasks and projects of JHHP.
  • Ensure all production KPI can be achieved effectively according to SCJ standard for SHE, Quality, Halal regulations, CPPKRTB and ISO system.

People Management and Development:

  • Communicate, coaching and leading all employee in company regulation to ensure that all employee following JHHP internal/external regulation, such as CLA, SHE, Company Policies, etc
  • Communicate, coaching and leading direct subordinate in PMP, Individual Development Plans and Training Programs to unleash their potential and make sure they are performing at their best.
  • Strengthen department bench strength by ensure the succession plan implementation.
  • Create and continuously emphasize working culture that lives the Success Drivers.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • University Degree in Mechatronic or electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experiences in manufacturing area with minimum 2 years experiences in Management area.
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in English is must.
  • Familiar with engineering standards and codes
  • Knowledge of maintenance and spare parts management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Proven improvement track record
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Result oriented and strong base for action and delivery against a plan.
