The purpose of this role is to be the key business partner for the Sales Head and Key Account (KA) teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead financial analysis in support of KA team in China.
- Drive Profit & Lose (P&L) improvement through mix analysis, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) reduction, Return on Investment (ROI) analysis on marketing spend, pricing etc.
- Drive Net Sales and Share through competitive response plans, share growth plans, and base business growth plans.
- Perform month-end activities including managing, accruing, and reconciling.
- Own financial planning for Trade Spending and new product launches as part of Cor Plan Process, official forecasts and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Lead overall financial management of the businesses supported and provide financial leadership to the Sales teams he/she supports.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- 5 years’ above experience
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Strong accounting and financial skills
