Production Supervisor (Pulogadung)

Summary:

As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring all production lines operate efficiently, remain properly aligned, and support SCJ’s business priorities—including global SHE leadership and Lean Transformation. You oversee that every employee works according to their assigned roles and competencies, while maintaining full control of all production-related processes. Additionally, you supervise production staff to ensure safe behaviour and full compliance with SHE standards and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise Manufacturing IV, Production, Manufacturing III, Production and Assistant Technician, Quality to ensure that all administration process related with PO (Production Order) and material movement are running properly

• Supervise Assistant Technician, Quality to implement Statistical Process Control system to control the stability of production lines to produce products that meet quality requirement.

• Ensure all production targets can be achieved effectively according to SCJ standard Quality, SHE regulations, ISO system, CPPKRTB and Halal policy.

• Prepare weekly production manpower planning based on matrix job competency and Weekly Program by Planner.

• To ensure that all necessary records and reports are timely available according to the updated procedures/instructions (e.g. Daily OEE, Performance Board, Line utilization).

• Ensure that all necessary procedure/instruction e.g. MI and LPC sheet are in place and well trained to all related employees.

• Monitor and control daily production operation in compliance with Standard Works instruction to achieve production targets reflected in OEE measurements.

• To eliminate wastes by ensuring all resources (man, machine, material, utilities) are used effectively for running production lines.

• Controlling all SAP transactions done properly relating to the requirements of production orders.

• Ensuring 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Problem Solving, Performance Board and Shift Huddle Meeting in his shift are well implemented.

• Lead, define and facilitate Problem Solving and ensuring follow-up corrective or improvement actions completed as per targeted time.

• Develop and motivate the production team in association with their area of works to become high performing and competent employees and showing high discipline behavior.

• To promote a safe working behavior by organizing 5S implementation in all production area and ensure 5S equipment and tools are well maintained.

• Actively on Management of Change (MOC) and New Development Product (NPD) to make sure implemented well on production area.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or any related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing as Supervisor
