Key Account Manager – E-commerce

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager with a focus on e-commerce to manage and grow relationships with our strategic online partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial skills, a results-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with key e-commerce customers
Identify business opportunities and propose strategies to grow online sales
Coordinate internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth collaboration
Analyze customer performance data and provide regular reporting
Monitor e-commerce trends and recommend innovations
Experience you’ll bring:
Proven experience in account management, ideally within the e-commerce sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical thinking and results orientation
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS, CRM)
Fluent in Czech and English
