ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Associate Manager, Equity & Media to Cart for Glade, you will support the development and execution of brand equity strategies and integrated marketing communications. This role partners closely with creative agencies, marketing teams, omnichannel (OMNI), and design to ensure a consistent and compelling consumer experience from awareness through to purchase. You will be instrumental in shaping how consumers experience the brand across all touchpoints, driving engagement and conversion through thoughtful, insight-driven marketing plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Equity & Strategy
- Support the brand equity lead in the development of cultural programs for Glade, including creative development, fragrance project management, brief development, Go to market plan, trade narrative and creative execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with agencies, marketing portfolio teams, OMNI, and design to develop compelling brand assets and integrated marketing communication plans, including retail media strategy and shopper asset development.
- Ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, contributing to a seamless consumer journey from awareness to purchase.
Media to Cart & Marketing Innovation
- Execute media-to-cart strategies that drive conversion across online and offline channels.
- Leverage consumer and shopper insights to inform marketing plans and enhance the path to purchase.
- Lead omnichannel planning and activation, including timeline management, strategy execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Project management and forecast management of fragrance collection programs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant business experience.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Proven project leadership capability and passion to grow within brand management roles
- Analytic capabilities (data mining, insight generation, communicating findings and recommendations verbally and visually)
- Understanding of the fundamentals around managing the business P&L
- Ability to build strong working relationships and lead a cross-functional team
- Works with a sense of urgency and delivers winning results individually and through others
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
- Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
- Travel <10%.
