About the role:
As the Associate Manager, Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness, you are responsible for delivering integrated talent management programs and strategies that drive employee and organizational performance and enhance effectiveness. in this role you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of SC Johnson enterprise-integrated global talent, inclusion, learning and development strategies– with emphasis of responsibilities in areas of Talent Management and Org Effectiveness. The scope of this role is the HQ Business Unit and Global Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of core processes across the Talent Management portfolio including performance management, employee engagement survey, and talent planning
Provide thought leadership and holistic talent consulting to senior HR leaders to enable the broader business and people priorities
Create plans for deployment of global programs in support of talent priorities
Delivery support of global Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness tools to support the business needs within client group in partnership with HRBPs (may include assessments, development planning, leadership coaching, new leader assimilation, change management, culture and inclusion)
Build HR capability and increase consistency in utilization and application of global talent processes
Point Person for client group (first point of contact) for talent process
Participate in project teams for enterprise projects / initiatives where appropriate.
Required Experience You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s or University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial / Organizational Psychology or related field is required
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience as HR generalist
Experience in a CoE environment in the Organizational Development and/or Talent Management areas
Master’s or an advanced University degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or Industrial / Organizational Psychology or related field is preferred
Proficient with MS Office, HR Information Systems (i.e.: Workday®), and Learning Management Systems (or related talent technology)
Demonstrated competence in core areas of talent management (including performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, etc.)
A track record of accomplishment as an external or internal consultant leading the implementation of talent management and other strategic HR initiatives
Demonstrated ability to identify and then build credibility with and gain commitment from key stakeholders
Experience working in a global organization where interaction across functions, regions and business units is key to success
Proven ability to successfully project manage multiple programs, processes and projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, consulting and change management skills
Job Requirements:
Full time with occasional operational support outside core business hours.
Position is eligible for remote work once per week for eligible employees
This role is not eligible for relocation
