We are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization (Innovation) to join our Marketing Commercialization team within the APAC region. In this role, you will drive marketing strategies that fuel new product development, emerging technologies, and breakthrough innovations. You will combine creativity, consumer insights, and commercial understanding to influence our pipeline and deliver meaningful innovations that resonate with customers across ASEAN.This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Commercialization and offers the opportunity to shape regional innovation strategy, strengthen cross functional collaboration, and elevate best practice commercialization across markets.
Lead Innovation & NPD Excellence
- Champion the ASEAN New Product Development (NPD) process, guiding teams, inspiring ideation, and ensuring alignment across milestones.
- Break friction points to accelerate impactful pre‑scoping and innovation discovery.
- Ensure in‑flight projects stay committed to aligned NS, DPM, FADs, and MEAs.
- Drive best‑in‑class launch excellence for new innovations—not just meeting launch dates, but maximizing market impact.
- Build a strong pipeline through 3X innovation commitment with a “fewer, bigger, better” mindset.
- Partner with third‑party manufacturers to develop true whitespace innovation opportunities.
Collaborate Across Cross‑Functional Teams
- Work closely with MIM, RD&E, CIBA, and Sales teams to ensure seamless integration of innovation and commercialization strategies.
Measure & Optimize Project Performance
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement to refine future initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of commercial experience (Sales, Trade Marketing, or Marketing).
- 3–5 years of FMCG innovation or new product development experience.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG environment and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
