Job Summary:
Accountable for driving strategic improvement, operational excellence, and innovation across the supply chain Logistics. It acts as a centralized hub that aligns people, processes, and technology to elevate logistics performance.
The role will have the entire APAC region in scope.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the following main activities:
Process Standardization & Optimization – Develop SOP, Streamline Workflow to reduce cost, etc.
Performance Monitoring & KPIs – Aligned with Manager to define the KPI and Monitoring in monthly basis. Doing Analytics and providing action plans or proposals to improve
Training & Capability Building – Upskill logistics team through internal or external training and OPEX certification.
Governance & Compliance – Ensure Logistics Operations adherence with Internal Audit (SOAR, Compliance Metrics, etc.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve agility and responsiveness, Pilot new logistics models (e.g., last-mile delivery, automation, predictive analytics)
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
3-5 years of work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG/Consulting industry,
3-5 years of experience in dealing with optimization/automation projects
Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Prior experience in network modeling tools, LEAN or process improvement is preferable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running at the same time
Good communication and Project Management skills
Advance Power Apps, Power BI, and other Automation tools are highly preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time, permanent employment
Onsite work setup (M-F); remote work once a week is available after 3 months
Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays thru Fridays)
Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
This role is not eligible for relocation
