Global Graduate Regional Sales & eCommerce

Work Location: Rolle, Switzerland

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Global Graduate in the Sales & eCommerce team, you will support key business activities and gain exposure to both traditional and digital commerce. Working closely with regional teams, you’ll contribute through reporting, analysis, and coordination of projects that shape customer and shopper strategies. From preparing insights on customer and market trends to assisting with eCommerce initiatives, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in a dynamic commercial environment.

This role is a one year fixed term contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Sales

• Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and analyzing business trends for global and regional retailers and buying groups.

  • Prepare annual sales tracking tools and acquire forecasts per customer/category with local teams.

  • Contribute to category, shopper, and customer analysis using tools such as Nielsen or Customer Data Sharing platforms.

  • Gather and analyze retailer trends and intelligence through tools such as Planet Retail and Kantar.

• Coordination & Projects

  • Coordinate quarterly reports on assortment and pricing for regional customers and accounts.

  • Support ad hoc projects to drive growth in our different customer channels.

eCommerce

• Commercial & Project Support

  • Partner with regional eCommerce champions to provide insights and analysis for category channel and assortment strategies

  • Assist in priority projects aimed at accelerating growth (e.g., TikTok Shop, AI pilots, Sustainability).

  • Support the Regional Amazon Sales Lead with negotiation preparation and operational tracking across the region.

• Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Contribute to monthly market trend analysis, identifying market share trends, digital shelf health, and competitive insights; help prepare presentations for the EU leadership team.

  • Assist in sharing best practices across regions to foster collaboration and learning.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar

• Fluent in English, and ideally another European language in addition to their home country one

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Strong analytical skills and curiosity to identify opportunities, trends, and insights within the marketplace

• Strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships at all levels and across functions

• eCommerce is a diverse, exciting, and cross-functional role where there are various tasks to complete, therefore creativity is key, we want you to think outside the box and communicate your ideas.

• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Excellent IT skills, including Copilot, Excel and PowerPoint; Nielsen tool is a plus.

• Strong interest in a commercial career and thirsty to learn in a multicultural and fast-moving international HQ environment
