ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Associate, Sales Analyst, you’ll be the analytical powerhouse behind category growth and shopper satisfaction. Partnering closely with merchant teams, you’ll transform complex sales and shopper data into clear, actionable insights that influence merchandising strategies and drive results. Your expertise in category analytics and shopper behavior will uncover trends, identify opportunities, and deliver recommendations that make a real impact—both in-store and online. This is your chance to combine data-driven thinking with strategic influence to help define the future of retail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support category leadership with actionable and compelling shopper insights to both internal and external stakeholders
Leverage analytics and produce insights that identify growth opportunities, value to the shopper or Club member, competitive threats, share trends, and consumer shifts; meet with retailer directly on regular cadence to share findings and present recommendations
Provide analytics and insights support to Managers driving strategic engagement across key retail departments
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 1+ year of relevant experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Analytical mindset
Experience in CPG and/or retail
Gathering and reporting on syndicated sales and shopper data:
POS data (e.g., Nielsen or Circana/Madrid)
Walmart data (Scintilla/Luminate)
Basic panel data (e.g., Numerator or Nielsen Homescan)
Clear and concise report writing and presentation skills
Basic assortment planning and merchandising relay experience:
Space-to-sales analysis
Plus skills: JDA (or equivalent), trait maintenance, relay work
Collaborative approach
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full time onsite role In Rogers, AR office
Ability to travel up to 20%
Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
This role is not eligible for relocation
